John Keith: I put in a lien on the Old Mill Ranch estate of Sheila Mitchell at the court house July 5, 2010 for the total of $2,802.00 plus 1.5% per month penalty starting July 5, 2010 as the filing date. The filing fee was $16.00.
John Keith: Concerning the $1000.00 fine, I found a resolution filed by the Plumas County Supervisors in 1998, that Community Services District that get incomes less than $60.000 per year, are only required to file every five years, not every year. I sent them the 1998 resolution filed by the Plumas County Supervisors. Mr. Meecher was in office at the time, so we might get help from him. I sent the check in as of our last meeting, as of today they have not cashed it.
John Keith: Fee Structure, two changes, Helen Gilred 9.5 points, Barbara Julien 1.5 points I move with the two changes in the fee structure that we put in that I submit the fee to Linda Williams as soon as she emails me the forms, Laine Lehman seconds, all in favor, change in fee structure unanimously voted for by the Board members.
Joan Chandler speaking on behalf of David Keller: Old Mill Ranch is complete except for the valve that is going to be put in by Dickens Drilling, the bill has been sent in and the parts have been ordered. I called Dickens Drilling and they said that they would get it in as soon as possible.
The crash barrier which needs to be put around the propane tank at Old Mill Ranch needs to be done.
Norman Francis: The crash barrier has been installed and it looks great. What is being done about leaks in the tank?
Joan Chandler: I called Tonu Plakk about the leaks in the tank, he said he will be getting in touch with Thompson Construction to get the leaks stopped.
Joan Chandler speaking on behalf of David Keller: Tobin, We are applying for money to the Disaster Recovery Fund an application for the 25% for the money still owed which will be around August 31, 2010.
I will talk more about this next month at the Board meeting. We are working on funding for the Tobin Storage Tank.
Joan Chandler speaking on behalf of David Keller: Tonu Plakk and an archaeological consultant will be coming to Paxton, Hot Springs, & Tobin to do the environmental evaluation. When the environmental report is done, Burkhart Brohm and Ed Anderson will be getting started on getting things done sometime in August.
John Toboni nominates Rocki Norris as Chair Person & President of the FRCCSD Water Board, John Keith seconds, all in favor, Rocki Norris as Chair Person unanimously voted for by the Board Members.
John Keith: I make a motion that the Board Members fill out the form 700, seconded by Laine Lehman, all in favor, unanimously approved by the Board.
